| As one of the largest American Medical Students Association (AMSA) chapters in the world, AMSA is focused on giving its members opportunities for valuable clinical experience. | Members, currently over 600 members at the Dominican campus, are involved with community outreach programs that have helped improve the lives of hundreds of people. | Student-led programs developed by AMSA include AIDS Project Dominica, Women's Health Task Force, Health Fairs, and the Community Screening Project. | As you will quickly learn, AMSA is made up of motivated, intelligent, and caring students with hundreds of members becoming the top health professionals in their field. |
